• Qualifications 

B.E/ B.Tech and M.E/ M.Tech in relevant branch with first class or equivalent

either in B.E/ B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech.

• Qualifications 

1) Masters Degree in Psychology or Education with not less than 50% marks

from a recognized University.

2)         (a) Specialization in Vocational guidance OR

(b) Diploma in Vocational guidance granted by a State Vocational Guidance

Bureau or a recognized Teachers Training College in the State OR Masters Degree in any subject from a recognized University.

3) Experience in the field of educational or vocational guidance work for

a period of not less than five years of which at least three years should be in a

supervisory capacity from any organization of Government/Quasi

Government or from any institution recognized with or recognized by

Government.

The experience should be one gained or acquired after the academic qualification.
